I have designed, from scratch, a tailored back-office system to suit the needs of the business including a MySql database driven assessment system to record and report on all customer assessments. A module that records and reports on all staff spot-checks, supervisions & appraisals allowing a totally paperless client/customer system. Quality assurance recording & reporting findings to the Directors and investigating new processeses to be put in place. I have won approx £7 million worth of tenders on behalf of the organisation.
